New Year's Resolutions

Coping with hot weather?

In this weather it is easy to overheat and get dehydrated. Drinking plenty of water is a good idea, but ...... in itself, that may lead to dehydration.

Sweating means the loss of valuable mineral salts that need replacing. Don't forget that dehydrated skin ages faster. Alcohol can make the problem worse! On these hot days, especially if you are out of doors, whether it is work or play, you need to rehydrate.
